While comparatively light in weight, about 28lbs, there is nothing lightweight about the Artmate. Constructed in tough polyethylene, with mast and legs in anodised aluminium, and large knobs for clamping, it is as sturdy and stable as standard studio equipment, and a complement to any workspace in any of its configurations.
